The Global 35th Anniversary 13cm Cooks Knife is a medium-sized cooks knife and features the Global 35th Anniversary logo on the blade.

The medium-sized blade is perfect for dicing, slicing and chopping either vegetables or meat.

Made in Japan using Global’s exclusive Cromova 18 high carbon stainless steel, the blade is sharpened to an acute 15° cutting edge ensuring that the blade stays sharper for longer.

The handle of the Global 35th Anniversary 13cm Cooks Knife is hollow and filled with sand to provide the perfect balance. In addition to looking stunning, the smooth contours and seamless construction of the Global 35th Anniversary 13cm Cooks Knife prevents dirt and food from building up on the surface, giving greater hygiene.
