As with all Global GS knives, this steak knife is crafted from high quality Cromova18 stainless steel and ice hardened to Rockwell 56-58. The blade features an acute 15° cutting edge which holds its razor sharp edge for longer, yet is easily sharpened when required. The hollow handle is filled with sand to provide excellent balance whilst the classic Global dotted handle provides a secure grip. Smooth contours and seamless construction eliminate food or dirt traps, offering the ultimate in safety and hygiene.

The Global knife dock is made from sleek brushed stainless steel wrapped around a POV core, making it extremely durable whilst iconic Global branding adds to its good looks. Knife dock dimensions: L27cm x W14cm x H3.5cm.
